Principles & values

These principles and values define the way we work at URSU Uniforme. No one can embody all of them perfectly — each of us excels at some and has room to grow in others. The harder we strive to live by them, the better we become as a team and as a company.

1. The customer comes first

Every decision starts with the customer. Whether we are serving a company with hundreds of employees or a single person buying one product, the customer's safety and satisfaction are our responsibility.

To deliver real value, we make the effort to understand the customer's business — its context, challenges and goals. We don't pressure or push the sale. We offer solutions that are competitive in price and quality, we invest consistently in the relationship, and commercial results follow as a natural consequence.

2. Own your work

Each of us is responsible for our work from start to finish. We don't wait to be told, we don't pass responsibility to others, and we don't leave things unfinished.

If you see that something needs doing — it's your job. We are good stewards: we take care of our workspace, the tools we use and the resources at our disposal.

We act promptly — orders are processed, quotes are sent, and problems are solved without unnecessary delay. This is the quality that matters most at URSU.

3. Know your product

We sell safety. That requires a thorough knowledge of every product we offer — materials, certifications, fields of use and limitations.

The customer relies on us to recommend the equipment best suited to their working environment. We also know the feedback received from other customers and stay aware of the alternatives offered by competitors.

Deep knowledge of the product and the market is not optional — it is the foundation of our credibility.

4. Direct and honest communication

We communicate clearly and transparently — with customers, suppliers and among ourselves.

If there is a delay, we communicate it immediately. If a product does not meet the customer's needs, we say so openly. We would rather lose a sale than lose trust.

When someone makes a mistake, we discuss it openly and work together as a team to correct it.

5. Simplify, systematize, automate

Whether it's a warehouse process, a page in the online store or an internal approval workflow — we challenge unnecessary complexity wherever we find it.

What is disorganized, we structure. What can be automated, we automate. We always seek the clearest, most organized and least manually dependent solution.

6. Play for the team

No one at URSU succeeds alone. We gladly help one another, openly share knowledge and put the company's interests ahead of personal comfort.

If a colleague is overwhelmed, you don't wait to be asked for help — you step in.

Once a decision is made, we fully commit to it, even if we initially disagreed.

7. Standards are non-negotiable

We work in the field of protection, and a careless attitude toward quality — in products, services or our internal work — is not acceptable.

We hold ourselves and our colleagues to high standards and speak up openly when those standards slip.

We ask for and provide honest feedback — internally, from customers, and in our relationships with suppliers and partners.

We are not hierarchical: everyone has both the right and the responsibility to contribute ideas, and the best idea is adopted regardless of where it comes from.

We strive for excellence, while remaining humble and curious about any idea or information that can help us improve.

8. Think like an owner

Treat the company's money, reputation and resources as if they were your own.

Be resourceful, avoid waste and always ask yourself whether what you are doing creates real value.

Constraints make us creative, not frustrated.

9. Learn and grow

The workwear and protective equipment market evolves continuously — new materials, new regulations and new customer expectations emerge all the time.

We stay curious, learn from mistakes and share what we know.

Every person at URSU should be more knowledgeable and more capable this year than they were last year.
